Teams from across Glasgow and the west of Scotland attended with the Foundation fielding two teams to compete against sides from Greenock Morton, Motherwell and Glasgow Life. Despite a few strong results from both Foundation teams, Glasgow Life emerged as the overall victors after defeating the Morton side in the final.
Walking Football is a fast-growing version of the sport which is non-contact and allows participants to play the game they love without the same risk of injury or level of exertion, whilst still boosting fitness.
